The championships will be held from Saturday November 4 to Monday November 6.  Note that this is a change from the original dates (3 to 5 Nov).

Geelong will host the Victorian Regional Croquet community from Sunday 15 to Wednesday 18 April 2007.

The Victorian Country Regional Croquet Championships are held annually. Since 1964 the nine Country Regions have hosted the event in turn and it was last held in Geelong in 1998. It provides high quality match play for the 36 Regional champions as they join in friendly but serious team rivalry competing in four sections to determine Victoria's best Country Region. Last year at Shepparton, Ballarat won the honour.

The Geelong Regionals Committee has negotiated with the Geelong Lawn Tennis Club for the use of their facility so that we can have the players at one venue rather than at the four clubs throughout the Geelong Region. This will streamline management of the event and add to the social atmosphere and friendliness which is a feature of the Regionals.
