Obviously, the most important thing we can do is ensure that our products and services suit the needs of our target audience. To this end we have been conducting market research - speaking to people who run community organisations - to determine what they would like to see in an online noticeboard.
This research is helping us to create templates that target specific types of organisations.
We have also been expanding our collection of skins, and can now offer a selection of varying looks.
Must get back on the phones now - there's still much research to be done!
