We've been upgrading some of the features this week, and we now have an easy-to-use photo gallery that automatically resizes your pictures and shows thumbnails.

Another new feature is a better text editor, simpler to use and with better functionality.

We're looking for a simplified blog module and a better discussion forum. Will post on here as soon as we update those.

Our first round of market research is all but over, meaning that the immediate next step is to get all the project owners together to analyse the results and plan where we go from here.

Here at noticeboard.com we have been busily plugging away at a number of things behind the scenes.

Obviously, the most important thing we can do is ensure that our products and services suit the needs of our target audience. To this end we have been conducting market research - speaking to people who run community organisations - to determine what they would like to see in an online noticeboard.

This research is helping us to create templates that target specific types of organisations.

We have also been expanding our collection of skins, and can now offer a selection of varying looks.
